In the wake of Israel’s Operation Rising Lion, a massive wave of retaliation is underway.Thanks to the professionalism of our medical and logistics staff, within a matter of hours on Friday, we were able to transfer many of our patients to our protected underground facility. Herzog Hospital was on emergency alert status, ready to receive patients evacuated from other hospitals and nursing homes in the Jerusalem area impacted by the fires last week. We immediately readied our underground emergency facility with 100 beds to receive patients.  We also activated our underground dialysis unit.
